Alright the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants are the coolest team out there so I decided to make a page that basically writes
down the history as a team. Seeing though that Marvel likes to rewrite history ( I swear sometimes there worse than the Japanese
when it comes to this) I'll write it as it orginally appeared in the comics so no room for revisionist history here!
Anyways back to the facts...
1. I counted nine Brotherhood of Evil Mutant teams not including different variations of the same team (minor additions
and subtractions in membership)
2. Each Brotherhood gets its own page and a brief biography of the team.
3. X-Men suck!
Fun Brotherhood of Evil Mutants facts:
1. Only one Brotherhood existed without fighting the X-Men (the second one).
2.The third Brotherhood was the longest lasting Brotherhood lasting a couple of years.
3. Despite what the movies and cartoons show, Mystique and Sabertooth have never worked with Magneto nor ever been on
his side (expect alternate in realities but really that doesn't count so quit crying). Mystique as leader of Freesom Force
captured Magneto.
4. It is a tie with who has lead the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants the most at this point between Magneto (I, II, VIII)
and Mystique (III, VI, VII). In third is Blob (I, VI).
5. Toad has been in the most Brotherhoods up to this point (I, VI, VII, VIII) and has lead one (IV)
6. Brotherhoods VIII and IX have debuted around Christmans time only a year apart from each other (2003, 2004)
7. Most Brotherhoods only last about 4-6 commic issues before they either change membership or disband.
8. Only one Brotherhood (V) was made without any former Brotherhood members.
9. Magneto and Xavier have led both the X-Men and Brotherhood of Evil Mutants.
10. Toad, Avalanche, Blob, Pyro, and Destiny have had little to no comic book appearences that have not been Brotherhood
related. The most notable one was when Avalanche took on the Hulk in the Hulk comic series (he lost of course).
